Case study: Strategy Review

Super fund strategy review

Right Lane was asked by one of its super fund clients to review the organisation’s strategy. Through a series of workshops and analytical workstreams, the Right Lane project team assisted the client’s board and executive to:

  • review and refine the organisation’s hierarchy of strategy statements (mission, vision, etc.)
  • analyse strategic issues relating to stakeholder management, growth and economies of scale, and decide on appropriate responses to these issues
  • consider industry trends through a facilitated ‘hypotheticals’ session
  • agree on the strategy for the fund
  • document the strategy for use in stakeholder engagement.

At the conclusion of the seven-month process, the board endorsed the documented strategy.
