Jess is an analyst with Right Lane who supports our consultants by conducting research and undertaking analysis of qualitative and quantitative data as well as managing the day-to-day logistics of our projects and client relationships.
Jess has exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to running client engagements. She has developed expertise in implementation of business improvement processes and stakeholder engagement.
Jess’s recent engagements include:
- Strategy and planning: Engaging with clients to understand the internal and external ‘forces at work’ impacting upon their organisations, and using this knowledge in the development of their strategic plans.
- Workshops: Working with large groups to cascade strategic decisions through to all staff; providing forums for staff to present their perspectives. Co-creating ideation and innovation processes in the healthcare and events and facilities management sectors.
- Governance and decision making: Assisting a government client to create a vision for the future of its industry and maximise its own position in that context, and improving the same client’s governance and decision making arrangements.
- Stakeholder engagement: Planning and co-facilitating inclusive stakeholder engagement processes, ensuring all perspectives are expressed and fostering innovation in client organisations.
Jess holds degrees in Arts and Engineering (First Class Honours) from Monash University.
