Public Transport Ombudsman (PTO)

The Public Transport Ombudsman (PTO) was established in 2004 as a free and independent service to help people resolve complaints about public transport in Victoria and to help improve public transport for everyone. In 2020, Right Lane supported the PTO to develop a purpose and vision statement and articulate the strategic aspiration for the organisation. The PTO plays an integral role in maintaining the integrity and accessibility of the public transport system in Victoria.
