A Victorian planning and delivery organisation needed to know whether its workforce model would hold to FY28. Right Lane benchmarked it against comparable infrastructure delivery agencies rather than the general public service, and found the core structure was sound.

Refreshing risk

A state government entity responsible for major public event venues wanted its risk management to keep pace with the risks it was actually carrying. Right Lane took the executive team, the Audit and Risk Committee and the Board through compounding scenarios to test whether their risk appetite and controls held up.

Scanning the horizon

A state energy safety regulator needed a view of what the next decade of the energy transition would mean for safety, as the system becomes more decentralised and the risks more systemic. Right Lane worked with its internal team to narrow 25 forces reshaping the sector down to the seven questions the executive most needed answered, then took the analysis to the Board.
