Municipal Association of Victoria (MAV) procurement panel

This means councils across Victoria can now access our services quickly and cost‑effectively under the pre‑approved MAV panel arrangement.

The MAV establishes panels for a wide range of goods and services to meet council needs.  Working through the MAV panel gives member councils important benefits, including:

  • Better value for money by leveraging the combined purchasing power of the local government sector
  • Time savings because MAV procurement runs a comprehensive public tender process and establishes the contract on behalf of councils
  • Embedded social and ethical procurement practices
  • Convenient online access to panel contracts and supporting documents via VendorPanel
