Moorabool Shire Council
Throughout 2021, Right Lane has supported Moorabool Shire Council to develop and deliver on its strategic priorities.
Though a collaborative and inclusive process, Right Lane supported the council to develop a refreshed 10-year community vision statement and a 4-year council plan that reflects the community’s interests, appropriately engages councillors and executives, and clearly communicates the priorities for the region.
Right Lane then supported the execution of a key priority area: meeting the council’s obligations under the Gender Equality Act. This project addressed the 3 main obligations: Gender Impact Assessment (GIA), workplace gender audit, and Gender Equality Action Plan (GEAP). The approach was designed to support capability building of the Moorabool team to better equip them to drive meaningful change.
